Registration Process
- Step 1. Please enter the required registration information.
- Step 2. Please complete payment through the WSC 2026 registration system.
- Step 3. A confirmation email will be sent once registration is completed.
Registration Fees
All Participants

* International participants pay in USD; domestic participants pay in KRW.
* International participants are limited to 50, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no limit for domestic participants.
Registration Entitlements
* All registered participants, both international and domestic, are entitled to the following:
- Access to all live surgery sessions on November 25–26
- Lunch on both days (November 25 and 26)
- Scheduled coffee breaks
- Limousine transfer from Daejeon to Songdo Convensia, Incheon (main venue of WSC 2026) — departure time to be announced
Accommodation
- Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
- Recommended hotels near the venue: Hotel D Edition, Good Morning Residence Hue, Hotel Graytone Dunsan
- Premium option: Hotel Onoma, Daejeon, Autograph Collection
- Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.

Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of your registration and payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat.
- Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the event, with any associated bank fees deducted.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the registration fee will be refunded in full. The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants.
